作用：用作医药中间体，主要用于合成头孢菌素的起始原料。7-ACA是头孢菌素（β内酰胺类）抗生素中间体。生产过程是通过生物发酵、化学提炼制取头孢菌C，再由头孢菌C化学裂解或酶解成7-ACA。头孢菌素类抗生素作用是抑制细胞壁的合成，而人体细胞无细胞壁，故具优良的选择性，安全性大，杀菌力强，是目前临床上最好的一类抗生素。

Usage：Used as pharmaceutical intermediates, starting materials for synthetic cephalosporin. The 7-ACA is the (β-lactam) antibiotics of cephalosporin intermediates. The production process is taken through biological fermentation, chemical refining system cephalosporin C, and then by chemical cleavage or enzymatic hydrolysis of cephalosporin C into 7-ACA.
