擠幹機也叫薄膜脫水機，是專門針對類似於PP編織袋、PE農膜、尼龍等薄膜類軟性塑膠的脫水乾燥而設計， 本機通過機筒內螺杆對軟性物料的螺旋推擠（與抽粒機的螺旋擠料原理類似），並結合出口處“鱷魚嘴”式張合控制出口對出料速度及擠壓力度的有效控制，可將常見不同類型的薄膜類塑膠水分擠壓脫水到水分含量在10%-5%以內。且經過本機擠壓過的薄膜物料都變成塊狀或團狀，有利於抽粒機餵料。本機結構合理/操作簡易/經濟實用，是薄膜類塑膠清洗造粒生產線上的必備設備。
Product features:
Drying machine, also film dehydrator, is specifically designed for film soft plastic, such as PP bag, PE agricultural film and nylon. The internal screw extrudes soft materials spirally (same as granulator’s principle), and effectively controls discharging speed and extruding strength at alligator mouth exit, leading to moisture less than 10%-5%. After extruding, soft materials change into block or round state, beneficial for following pelletizer’s feeding. Being reasonable structure, simple operation and economical, this facility is dispensable for cleaning film soft materials in pelletizing production process.
