化学強化ガラスや熱強化ガラスの表面応力を自動測定するために開発された装置です。 ＰＣを装備し、測定者による誤差を軽減します。また、通常化学強化ガラスの表面応力・応力層の深さを求める際、複雑な計算を必要としますが、本機はこれを自動計算するので測定が迅速です。 データをそのままＰＣに保存できるので、品質管理が容易になります。
